This section will walk you through the Transaction Methods supported in ArcBot.
ArcBot users are able to alter the way they send transactions to snipe tokens on Solana.
In the bot's settings you can set the Transaction Method to Spam
or Normal
.
The Spam transaction method makes use of your node's Transactions per Second (TPS) capabilities.
For the fastest transaction landing, we advise you use this transaction method.
When the bot snipes a token, Arc will send out multiple unique transactions in milli-seconds.
Depending on the settings you set, Arc will keep spamming unique transactions until the buy or sell transaction lands on the chain.
You can adjust the way Arc sends out these transactions in settings.
Spam Transaction Threads
: The number of concurrent tasks or threads used to send transactions. For example, if you only use 1 thread, with a 100ms delay, Arc will send out 1 unique transaction every 100ms. Whereas if you use 5 threads, Arc will send out 5 unique transactions every 100ms. The more transactions = the faster your buy or sell will land.
Spam Transaction Timeout (Seconds)
: Would advise setting this to around 15-30 seconds. If your buy or sell transaction doesn't land within the timeout setting, Arc will stop sending spam transactions.
Spam Delay per Transaction (MS)
: The delay between each transaction being sent. Setting this to 100ms will get you 5 transactions sent per second (per thread).
Spam Transaction Compute Unit Limit
: The fee lamports budget limit on each spam transaction. Priority fees are taken from the general Priority Fees setting.
Bonus Tip: If you have Jito enabled as-well as the Spam transaction method, Arc will send out 1 transaction with Jito then start spamming, leading to even faster buys & sells!
